Decided to update today as I still got time and I finally know how to upload pictures. It's gonna be a long long post and enjoy!

The trip to Japan was pleasant other than the stupid weather

and
Aunt Lucy. Well, it's not really that Aunt Lucy in "Paris & Milan" but we nicknamed her A.L as she really looks like her. Sort Of. Anyway, she's from our tour group of 43 people. She dresses nicely, talks sweetly but... She's annoying and exerggerating (wrong spelling I guess). She hates people touching her food(accidentally ofcoz). If you even used your own unused chopstick and accidentally touched her food, she will not eat it. Lame or what? She'll be like, "Aiyo, I won't eat it already!".

On top of that, she

s cheese. No, it should be extremely in love with it, she can marry it liao. LOL. Never mind, that's not the main thing I'm gonna jugem about, *skips about A.L*.

And... I think I've gained 3KG or so leh. HOW?!?!

I must start exercising again before I become a fat pig.
Day one: Breezy.
Date: 10 November.
Arrival time: around 5AM.
After arriving at Narita Airport, we headed to the coach

and went to Asakusa's temple to pray and shop around the rows of shops for souvenirs and snacks. The stuff there are damn expensive even though they look quite normal to me.

The stalls near the temple are cheaper and the price started increasing in when we continued walking down. So I only bought some souvenirs for my best girlfriends and it already costed a bomb.
After that, we went to have lunch near the temple and we have to climb stairs and stairs to go to the restaurant. Had smoked salmon that tasted like cod fish, cold and soft tempuras, miso soup and rice. We then went to the 100 YEN shop (DAISO) and it's super small compared to the city's.

After all the shopping near the town, we board the bus again for a 3 hour journey to Nikko and reached the hotel around five plus. It looks traditional as we had to sleep in Tatami beds instead of comfy high beds. But... what surprised me most was, they had an arcade, bowling rally, jackpot station, billard and a pub (LOL). They had internet too so I updated about the "day 5" thing.

Buffet for dinner that served crab, prawn and many wonderful stuff. After dinner, my parents and granny rested for an hour and headed to Onsen (natural bath) where I went to use the computer and chatted with baby.
Day two: Raining cats and dogs.
Date: 11 November.
Woke up at: 5AM.
It was fun but awful due to the terrible rain from morning to night

. After our buffet breakfast, we checked out and headed to Nikko Toshugu where they have Japan's famous architecture, where they have lavish ornamental carving. We then went to castle then the replica of the Samurai residence.
Sake history museum was next where we enjoyed ice and warm sake. It was super nice when mixed with soda!

Lastly, we headed to Mt Limori before going back to our hotel where they have onsen too. The hotel is elegant and beautiful, got Kbox also

, but can't get to book a room as it was fully booked so I went back to sleep.
Day three: Sunny yet freezing.
Date: 12 November.
Woke up at: 5.10AM.
Finally it stopped raining. In fact, it was sunny yet cold. Had buffet breakfast again and we checked out to visit the 5 colours lake. It's super chio and clear but I could only see 3 dull colours.

After that we left Nikko and had another three hour journey trip to Matsushima.
After arriving, we went for lunch- soup, rice and fried scallops . Lunch was okay, then we had some green tea ceremony where we must turn the bowl of tea three times outwards (or inwards, forgot le) then take 3 sips
only then turn back the bowl and say some Jap words.

Took another one hour trip to Sendai and went for an evening shop at their outlet store. Chiong-ed shopping and bought a tank top dress and long sleeve shirt.
Dinner was buffet plus BBQ and ate lots of meat, meat & meat!

We then left for shopping again @ Jusco, which is just opposite our hotel. Shopped for an hour and bought nothing but took neoprints with my mother.

Backed to hotel at 9 plus and slept at 10.
Day four: Shine, rain, shine.
Date: 13 November.
Woke up at: 5.30AM.
Had a small variety of buffet breakfast and checked out and headed to the "Flying Dango". It's not actually
flying but they send our dangos down using the flying fox method. Then the person selling the dango will flash flags and he thought we are from Taiwan. LOL. Then we were like screaming, 'SINGAPORE!". HAHA, fist time experience this kind of kwute thing sia.

It then started raining again (_|_) then we all had to take out our umbrellas again.

Went to a shrine before having lunch- 12 bowls of soba and a bowl of bibimbap.

Ate everything up and it was pretty full.
Went to visit shrines and temples after that then checked in into our hotel and they had onsen also. Had set meal then my parents and granny went for onsen and I went for my computer (posted about day4). Slept after that.
Day five: Raining.
Date: 14 November.
Woke up at: 5.15AM.
Woke up for buffet breakfast and checked out to visit real Samurai's house, then lunch near the airport

. After that, we went to the airport to take the domestic flight back to Tokyo. The flight delayed as Mr Obama's at the Narita Airport. So we reached Tokyo around 5 plus and went to Odaiba, Venus Fort to shop. The shopping mall had a similiar concept as the Venetian hotel in Macau, pretty.

Didn't buy anything as it was all branded and doesn't suit me. We then coach-ed to the hotel to rest.
Day six: Sunny and warm.

Date: 15 November.
Woke up at: 6.45PM.
Received a call from my mother next door saying that our friend from Japan is coming to visit as so I immediately woke and changed. So we went down for breakfast and they came. So we chatted, took some pictures and they went home.

They bought us a mickey mouse tee and some snacks too.

After that, we checked out at 10AM and went to shop at the nearby shopping mall. Bought a sweater and a souvenir for baby. After that I had ramen then we left for the airport. My granny then bought Mono Comme Ca bag from the airport, thanks so much!

Reached Singapore around midnight and sleeeeeeeeep.

Overall, the trip was very fun and we had a very humourous tour guide that told us dirty and funny jokes.

Enjoyed the scenery too
Picturez tomorrow, I'm stressed from uploading as the pictures are either too big or my com's too lag. :(
